Online Order FAQs
Shipping across South Africa is charged a fee of R99.00. This is a door-to-door service with one of our courier partners.
All items will be shipped directly from our stores to ensure both hygiene and quality of the garments.
How can I track my order?
With hygiene as our highest priority, when it comes to buying underwear, you only get one shot. If you are unsure, please call our shops with measurements and we will happily assist you with sizing.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed between 09h30 - 14h30 on weekdays. So, if you order before 13h00, your package will reach our courier partner on the same day. You should then receive your order within three working days. Our couriers take between 1-3 days to deliver but outlying and regional areas might take a little longer. Please always take into account national issues en route.
What if I am not at home/office to receive my order?
The courier company used will always attempt to deliver to your door. If no one is home or no one answers, they will then usually try to call. If still no luck, the couriers will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run. If there is a problem with your deliver, please let us know at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call one of our branches and we will assist you in tracking down your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been received, we will book the collection and send you a tracking number via email. If you have not yet received your tracking number, please check your junk mail. If you can't find it there, drop us an email (email@example.com) so that we can check if it has been dispatched.
Please remember: If you placed your order during a weekend, or after 13h00 on a working day, it will only be dispatched on the next business day. If you have a tracking number, you can track it using the link to the courier's website also found in that email.
If there's a problem with your parcel, please, let us know! We will assist you in resolving the issue. The fastest way to find your order is to contact the couriers directly with your tracking details. Failing that, you know where we are (firstname.lastname@example.org or call one of our Johannesburg outlets).
Where do you ship to?
Orders from The Corsetiere are shipped anywhere in South Africa. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses and that all orders will also be delivered to your door or whatever address you provided – if you notice an error on your delivery address, please contact us immediately!
How do I place an order?
Well, this is the best part now isn’t it?
All you need to do is select your size then hit the ADD TO CART button under your chosen product. Once you've finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page, then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and just like that, your gorgeous garments will be on their way to you! Please note that because we are also an outlet store, there is a small possibility that the item you ordered may have JUST been sold in the store, if this is the case, we will let you know ASAP and offer a replacement or refund.
All our payment options are safe and secure through the payment gateway PayFast. You can pay for your awesome Corsetiere purchase by using Visa, Mastercard, Mobicred, EFT and Zapper.

Well, this is the trickiest conversation to have right?
As one of our highest priorities at The Corsetiere is hygiene, we unfortunately cannot accept ANY underwear returns (these are panties, briefs, etc).
Any swimwear purchased may only be exchanged if returned to us undamaged, the tags are in place and the garment has not been worn (please note all garments are inspected before they leave the store for any damage). It is also VITALLY important to not that no swimwear returns will be accepted if the Hygiene Sticker is not in place. We also request that ALL costumes or bikinis are tried on with your underwear on.
If your bra, sleepwear or accessories doesn’t fit, or there is a problem with the garment, we will accept exchanges if the product is returned to us undamaged, the tags are in place and the garment has not been worn (please note all garments are inspected before they leave the store for any damage).
We do not accept any order edits or order cancellations.
All returned items are inspected for damage and then steam cleaned and sterilized before returning the item to stock.
To return your Corsetiere order, first send us an email to email@example.com - please ensure the following information is included:

Return postage is not provided.
Should you wish for us to arrange a collection of your return, an additional fee will be charged to cover the courier cost. If your return is accepted, store credit will be issued to cover your replacement item.
The Corsetiere will not be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control, including but not limited to wars, courier issues, postal strikes, incorrect addresses and acts of God.
